LEARNING ONLINE - FOR BHS STUDENTS
In order to help our School conduct classes online during this lockdown period, BHSAA has taken up a project of facilitating the School teachers for the job. When approached, the School Authority gladly accepted our proposal and identified a few teachers for soft launch of the project. A few Members of BHSAA, competent to handle the specific software identified for the job, have taken three sessions with the BHS teachers from 10th to 14th instant, as the Orientation course. The teachers have since developed their core competence to take virtual classes, besides being resources for other teachers to come in later. Of course, our Members will also be always available for assistance at any stage.
The next stage now is to have a schedule and timetable for the classes, selection of target students / teachers etc, which job is in the domain of BHS Administration. Once this is done, the online teaching process will begin. We record our appreciation for their support for this project from the beginning and the teachers' commitment. We now hope that our efforts will fructify, to the benefit of our school students.

Basirhat High School Alumni Association (BHSAA) is the Alumni Body (formed under Registered Charitable Trust according to Indian Trust Act, 1882) of 140+ year-old Basirhat High School.
The Alumni Body , today, has eminent members from all walks of life, who are not only settled at Basirhat, but also spread across India and various corners of the globe.
